I have been missing the daily feedbag post.

Yesterday.

B- 12 oz coffee, 1 serving quaker s/f oatmeal cereal made with 8 oz of 2% milk

S- 1/2 cinnamon raisin bagle with cream cheese and grape jelly

L- 1 slice of cheese dominoes pizza

D- Home made Chicken soup (1 thigh)

S- PB&J on whole wheat bread, 1 string cheese

All my water & vitamins

What did you have yesterday?

Yesterday was good until the evening when I had too much of an extra unscheduled snack. When I am under a high level of stress I seem to react this way and nothing else satisfies me. I need to find something else that appeases me. Anyway....

B - Protein shake

S - Kashi Bar

L - Tuna and Laughing Cow cheese on wheat tortilla

S - Brussle sprouts and cheese

D - Greek yogurt

Unplanned S - A few 100-calorie prestzel bags w/mustard

Trust me I go through the same thing. Thank goodness it is a few 100 calorie bags and not a 1 pound bag of m&ms or hershy kisses. That was my weakness before my surgery

hmmmmm.......yesterday I had

b - three strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal

l - cottage cheese and some peanuts

d - ricotta cheese with pizza sauce and parmesan and mozzarella melted on top

all my fluids (doing really good here now....about 80+ ounces) and all my vits.

I miss hearing from you. 
You are doing really great I am so proud of you. Congrats on meeting your quota with the fluid intake. It took me 1 1/2 years to finally get to 80 ounces.

hey honey!!!!  I'm doing good :)  I'm still not walking completely without pain but I'm hoping to gain some strength in my knees with the water exercise class tonight or at least get SOME exercise.  I need to get moving again because I feel so lethargic!  I think when I got back to the orthopedist in less than a month, I'm going to have to have another cortisone shot which kinda sucks because they are trying to stay away from it.  However, there's nothing else that will relieve the pain.  Tylenol doesn't even touch it.  Other than that, my anti-depressants have kicked in and I'm doing a whole lot better now with the mess in my head :)

How are you doing???????????

i usually don't post but figured what the hell.

B: protein shake

S: high fiber wasa cracker w/ hummus

L: homemade beef stir fry w/ lots of veggies (1 cup food)

S: couple jolly ranchers, dove chocolates and cookies. damn you office with junk food.

D: homemade chicken tikka masala with cauliflower (1/2 cup)

S: 2 Edy's low sugar fruit pops.

all vits. not sure bout my water. I try but usually never get that much in. maybe 6 glasses.

Hi Nicole!!

Thank you for joining us at the feedbag.  It is good to be accountable.
Everything was great until you had your candy.  lol Can you buy some pretzles, Granola high protein bars or their is one I tried at walmart that are small and taste like chocolate that you can snack on when you get the urge to eat the candy at work?

I can't remember the name I will look for it when I go to walmart today and tell you the name.

You should increase your water intake try adding 2 more ounces a day until you get to the 8 cups a day.

that reminds me. i also ate a couple small granola bars lol. the problem is the stuff is just sitting around from our open house. so i just pick it up as i walk by. not because i'm hungry. lol. i just need to find a way not to do that. i've done alot better today though! only had one jolly ranger and two pieces of chocolate. keep ur fingers crossed i do ok when i go to a work bridal shower in a half hour. lol
