Before and Now pics (156 lbs lost)
Thanks everyone!
I am feeling a lot better since my stomach perf. I still get very tired and dizzy easily, but that is getting better. I think my vitamin deficiency has gone away as my legs are no longer numb.
I still can't really eat many solids. Crunchy stuff and liquidy stuff like cereal or yogurt work better than most things. I eat a lot of cheese and yogurt. It gets boring. I almost threw up from eat some Chef Boyardee stuff recently. I tried chicken and that made me have to sit with a bucket on my lap for a couple of hours. And trust me, I do chew, chew, chew. I did have a few bites of a cobb salad the other day and did fine, but they were 4 tiny bites. I do some soft soups (as in not very chunky), too.
I'm also horrible at getting my protein in, but I am trying. At least I can do my water now. But it has to be ICE cold or else it just seems disgusting (which was not the case before surgery). I also cannot eat mashed potatoes at all. They taste like dirt now (and I used to love them).
