Good Morning Maryland:

Today I am grateful for:

My Pilates class last night -  haven't been in 6 weeks or so :  Felt good afterwards

Getting back to the gym :  Two water classes tonight and I cann't wait :  Please Rain stay away
at least the thunder and lightning part

My family and friends who encourage and inspire me daily

Darla, It was good to finally see you again at the gym after such a long time. Welcome back!

All, Despite everything Darla has been going through, she looked great last night. She even had her shirt tucked in and everyone was giving her major compliments!

Keep up the good work Darla!

My Three Things! I woke up in a mood today, so I need to remind myself of a few things today...

1 - Friends and Family - I am truly blessed by all of the special people in my life. You are most important to me. It is from you that I gain my strength. I only hope that I can be as good to you as you are to me.

2 - My Health - Who would have thought a year ago, that I could say this? Certainly not me! But it is true. So when I have a bad day, I need to shake it off and remember that this is normal and that I am really OK. And I have come a long way and need to embrace the new me.

3 - My Job - This is a hard one to say today. My job is causing me a lot of stress lately. But at least I have a job and I have my reputation at my job. In these difficult times, I am indeed fortunate.

Thanks Deb:  It really felt good to be back - I'm hoping to get back to my normal 3-4 days a week
plus 1 day on the weekend.

I know what you mean about the job comment:  God knows I have job security and in these
troubled economic times that means a lot.

I also know what you mean about the health comment :  even though I am having a couple problems right now I am in so much better condition health wise then 18 months ago-
I sometimes need to remind myself of this fact.

And your third as well:  I know I mention it a lot but friends on here and at the gym

are a true God Send -   I don't know what I would do without all of you.

Good morning Darla,

So glad to hear that you made it back to your pilates class.  I might have to take one sometime in the future.  Enjoy your water classes and don't let the rain (thunder & lightening) stop ya from going.

2. For wonderful friends that has never faltered me and encourage me on a daily basis.  I am truly blessed!

3. For fall weather I love it! LOL
