RNY question
Nicole,
I agree with everyone here, call your surgeon. You never know when something changes if it's a serious issue or not.
BTW that's great that you now have a separate NP for Dr. Steele.
I was told by Dr. Schweitzer that he and Pat Jordan do 50/50 of the follow up care for his patients, so I'll see how it goes when it's my turn. He has an email though in case I want to contact him directly about anything. Does Dr. Steele have an email or voice mail you can use?

she actually gave me her number awhile back for emergencies. she was trying to help me stop eating badly. but i've never felt comfortable using it. but i am going to call today and ask if she could suggest a gastroenterologist instead of going to a primary care that might not know anything. i'll keep you guys posted.
I am 5 years post op and sometimes my Body allows me to eat so very little. I find especially if I go a long time without eating I can barely get in 2 bites. I am still finding this whole process interesting. The way I like to look at it is this- IF today I can eat very little, I will go with that flow because sure enough "girly" time will come and I will be wishing I could hardly eat :-)
Good Luck
