2008 Cruise to Lose Pics!

Heck I'm trying to figure a way to go in January with you LOL 

LOL well, if it makes you feel any better, I may not even be joining the January group afterall.  I would LOVE to and had planned on it but my dad was diagnosed just before our cruise with late stage lung cancer.  He is 88 and not in the best health to begin with, and his docs are not very optimistic long term, so for now, January is pretty much up in the air for me.  But who knows...things may change at the last minute, and I may be looking for a roomie so keep it on the back burner!  I do know the January attendees are SO excited, especially after hearing all about our previous Cruises to Lose!

Sorry to hear about your Dad - My parents are both 81 and in fairly good condition healthwise-
but that can change so quickly.  Much as I would like to go on the January cruise I cann't manage
it -  I have a few health issues of my own that are leaving me hanging as far as making any
plans-  nothing life threatening but issues that still need to be dealt with and I'm in
the stage of waiting for procedures to be set.

Thanks for your concern about dad.  He's pretty stubborn, and in spite of other ailments he has managed well until now.  It's a matter of time and my sisters and family know it, but he's a fighter through and through, and in his mind, "a little thing like cancer" isn't gonna get him.  So God bless him for his ***** and spirit!  He won't "leave" until he's ready, and for now, he's not ready.

Sorry you are dealing with health issues also.  LOL I guess we partied TOO hard or something!  Sheesh!  I do wish you the best though with your health issues, and PLEASE keep me posted.  I hate waiting, especially when it involves health issues!

Its like they don't understand they have just totally scared the hell out of you-
