So.......what's everyone eating?

Yesterday:

B - Greek yogurt, peaches, Kashi

S - cottage cheese, almonds

L - turkey wrap

D - Grilled cheese, tomato soup

S - Diet hot chocolate

B - Protein shake - I may have to switch to something else soon. I am getting too cold eating these!

S - Kashi Bar

L - Tuna w/cheese on tortilla

S - Plain greek yougurt

D - Protein bar

Hi Tia,

B- 12 oz Coffee, non dairy creamer splenda, 1/2 of a cinnamon raisin bagel with Cream cheese and grape jelly

S- 8 oz 2% milk with a scoop of Vanilla body fortress protein.

L- 4 oz Tuna fish with light mayo, tomatoe,cilantro,red bell pepper, onion and a hint of lemon juice with wheat thins (Yummo) lol

D- 3/4 beef stew with white rice (another big Yummo) lol

S- 1 s/f fudgesicle, 1 string cheese, 1 cup of yogurt and a PB&J sandwhich on whole wheat(through out the day)

All my water and all my vitamins. 
Tell me what more I can do to not lose anymore weight?

JFC!!  Cira, I feel like I want to explode after reading all that!!!! LOL!!!

Um..........how about upping the 2% milk to the full fat stuff?  Same thing with the mayo.  Although only temporarily, it might HELP.

Sorry, I know WHY you're losing weight, but I can't really say I know how you feel!!  LOL!!!

Girl I can eat all day and I forgot to mention the pb&J sandwich I had I still lost 1 more pound in a day.  It is crazy.... Let me go add that too. lol

I hate whole milk and yes I will have regular mayo then! LOL

Cira, I just read your post. Been through it and have to be careful now if I go below my 10 pound cushion. Anyways, I added avacados, full fat cream cheese, bagels, and full fat sour cream to my diet. Whenever I seem to be going too low I add those and it helps. Of course all in moderation but I found these to help the quickest and keep me within my 10 pounds that I can gain or lose and still be healthy. Hope this helps.

Thanks Heather for your response. Sorry I missed the email. I have changed all of that to regular except the cow milk.  I have never liked whole milk but I drink 2%. I think the nursing is what really making burn more calories and I need to keep up with the amount of caloric intake. I feel like I am eating all day long until I go to bed. I have reached my 10 pound cushion I hope to gain a couple of pounds or so.
