THE FEED BAG
B- 12 oz Coffee, non dairy creamer splenda, 1/2 of a cinnamon raisin bagel with Cream cheese and grape jelly
S- 8 oz 2% milk with a scoop of Vanilla body fortress protein.
L- 4 oz Tuna fish with light mayo, tomatoe,cilantro,red bell pepper, onion and a hint of lemon juice with wheat thins (Yummo) lol
D- 3/4 beef stew with white rice (another big Yummo) lol
S- 1 s/f fudgesicle, 1 string cheese, 1 cup of yogurt and a PB&J sandwhich on whole wheat(through out the day)
All my water and all my vitamins.
Tell me what more I can do to not lose anymore weight?

JFC!! Cira, I feel like I want to explode after reading all that!!!! LOL!!!
Um..........how about upping the 2% milk to the full fat stuff? Same thing with the mayo. Although only temporarily, it might HELP.
Sorry, I know WHY you're losing weight, but I can't really say I know how you feel!! LOL!!!
