October 5th 5K walk

Ok gang!  This is coming really soon!!!!!  Who's making the trek to Hagerstown for the 5k????  I won't be able to walk or I can at least try but may have to ride the rest of the way....or just take two hours to do it LOL

I'll be in the Hospital or just coming home that day.  I remember Healther1970 and Andy Kovatch were going to do the 5K.  I can't remember who else said they were in.  I hope you have a great time whether you walk or don't!!

Do not over stress your knee. let it heal first ok.  Next year you can do the 5k walking or running!

Hi Aaron...unfortunatlly I will not be attending the 5K on the 5th. With everything that has recently happened I will be in the middle of family stuff all next weekend. This is the first I've been on the boards in awhile but wanted to let you know I won't be there. :-( There will be others (this is a personal accompishment of mine I NEED to do) so give your knee time to heal and we'll do it together sooner or later! :-)
