last nights bc
well I was amazed to see Beverly my nurse at the sucess story in our 12 week program, she looked awsome lol i aske her to remove her jacket so we can see the arms shes lost over 150lbs and is 10 years out when she had it there was not any of the things we do now she did hers on her own judgement , needless to say her arms were not bad at all and the nerve she said her thighs are big lol please The womans in a size 8 . She was very informative on the proceedure and the what tos and nots to do, gave us all a great feeling to look forward to. But me the pessimistic i am had her to make sure the doc was right in sending me to the 12 week program , cause i dont want to be disapointed in december because the insurance says no she needs 3 more months lol guess i should keep my mouth shut uh lol. im really getting excited now.
