Guts & Butts

I started a new program today that I thought a few of you might like to hear about because it seems like it's going to be great and the prices is quite affordable.  Evidently, there is a personal trainer that lives in my development that started this program about a year ago, but I never heard about it until now.  We meet MWF at our pool house.  First we walk the outter perimeter of my development twice and then the inner perimeter once (not sure how far that is, but it's about 30 minutes).  Then we pull out mats and do about 30 mins of strength training.  He provides the mats, ankle weights and even water.  It starts at 5:30 and last for one hour.  He only charges $180 for six weeks of 3 sessions a week.  So, it's only $10 a session, which is very cheap compared to what trainers are charging these days.  You also don't pay for sessions that you don't attend, so you're not stuck paying for something you didn't use.  My development is Daniels Purchase and we're located across from Archbishop Spalding, off of New Cut Road.

I just thought I'd throw it out there in case anyone is interested.  It just seems so affordable and I know there are some folks on here that live near here.

That sounds really good.  I wish someone did something like that over here where I live.

Pam - Sounds like a great workout, unfortunately it's too early in the evening, don't get home from work in time to make 5:30, plus with kids sports schedules.  But thanks for telling us about it.
