Okay, so I'm back on track, finally.  It's good to be back in a routine.

Yesterday, I had:

PB - Banana

B - Greek yogurt with strawberries

L - Turkey, swiss & home grown tomato on Bimbo bread

D - 1 crunchy taco and refried beans

S - Banana nut bread

All my fluids (finally), all my vits!

NEXT!!!!

yesterday, I had

b - three strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal

l - greek yogurt with kashi

d - baked chicken tender with pizza sauce, melted mozzarella and turkey pepperoni....yummy!

all my vits and most of my liquids.

Well other than the granola, which was like a snack that never ended for me yesterday, it was not a bad day. The granola is gone now and I am not buying any more for a while. I like it too much. I am much better with pre-measured carbs.

B - Protein Shake

S - Granola (just too much of it)

L - Cottage cheese and melba toast

S - Granola (again too much of it)

D - Greek yogurt

All vits and fluids.
