Okay, just talked to Ranesa (btw, she THINKS she's scheduled to appear at DVR's November support group meeting, but didn't have her book in front of her). Anyway, her book, "Gastric Bypass Surgery: The Psychological Journey," is available at www.authorhouse.com. You can either enter the title of the book or her name. I just checked the author website and the book is listed as $8.00 for paperback and $6.60 for UPS ground shipping.
