Is that it?
Please tell me your experiences and what I should be doing at this point in my journey.

First of all, take a breath - I know, easier said than done. No, you're NOT done. Kicking up the exercise WILL help - mentally AND physically. Also, make SURE you're getting in enough protein, all your fluids and your supplements. As far as your hair falling out, "they" say it's from lack of protein, but mine started around 3 months out and continued for about 3-4 months. Try not to stress over that, too, as stress compounds it. I disagree with "them" when they say it's from lack of protein - I was the MOST compliant patient you could find - always focusing on protein first, but my hair still fell out. I personally think it's the physical stress and the malabsorption. It won't last, and your hair WILL come back, I promise. In the meantime, try the Restoratives line by Pantene - they have hair "strengthening" products. IMHO, the Pantene line is the best stuff out there - I use the regular line of Pantene now - the Daily Moisture Renewal formula. I've ALWAYS had fine, thin hair and couldn't really afford to lose any, but it's better now than it's ever been.
Just keep telling yourself that it's better to be thinner with thin hair than fatter with thick hair!!! Let me also say that if you're NOT taking care of yourself mentally, talk to someone. Your mind AND body are undergoing massive changes - I personally think it's the rare wls patient who DOESN'T need a little professional help!!!
75 POUNDS IN FOUR MONTHS IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! CELEBRATE THAT!!! YOU'RE DOING GREAT!!!
Love ya,

Thanks for the reply. Hair is coming out in clumps for the past 3 or 4 weeks. I did start taking Biotin. Doc said it doesn't work. I asked him if it will grow back, he said sometimes yes and sometimes no. So I'm working on a comb over (HA,HA). Exercise was non-existent last week. My landlord has gone into foreclosure on our house and we are having to move: next week. Nothing like finding a place, packing and getting out before the sheriffs come.
I really want to meet my goal, but find myself going back to my old habits. Carbs. I even had a piece of birthday cake this weekend. It was no where near what I would have eaten before surgery, but I know it is something that I should not have even tried. I need to get my mind in control and not start getting into the same stress eating patterns as before WLS!

stay positive, this is a life journey, not short term. just keep focused on being healthy.
I made a promise to myself the week before last and was in the gym 5 days that week, but stress kicked in and packing and I didn't get there, not even one day last week.
Thanks for the advice. I know I'm low on vitamin D and doc has given me a RX, just haven't gotten it filled yet.

As far as the weight loss goes - you are doing great. I'll bet if I checked my logs, it was about 4 months out that I hit a plateau. It doesn't last. Just keep up the good habits, get your protein and fluids in and that scale will move. If you are feeling run down, you may be skimping on the protein. Bump it up!
You are right. I am skimping on the protein. Reverting to my old stress eating ways, when a bag of crunchy things was the best thing to cure stress. I find that I am over eating to the point where I am feeling it in my pouch. I know I have to get a hold of myself. Sometimes, easier said than done.
Thanks for the reminder!!!
