Yesterday:
B- 2 scrambled eggs with 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice whole wheat with butter and grape jelly, 12 oz coffee
L- 1 small slice of Joe Corbis pizza, 4 lite canned peach slices
D- 2 oz boiled pumpkin, 2 tablespoons of spanish yellow rice
S- PB&J sandwhich (whole wheat bread) 4 oz 2% milk
All my water and vitamins!
So tell me what did you have?

Yesterday....
B - Frozen Cherry Protein Shake - Yes, I tried a new flavor! Included some frozen unsweetened cherries as well as a cherry protein powder and cherry extract. I t was a nice change of pace.
L - Turkey provologne wrap
S - Broccoli w/cheese
D - Greek yogurt w/Granola
S - Couple of wasabi almonds
S - Sugar-free jello

Yes, it was slushy. I add a lot of ice. I have to eat it wih a spoon. I have really been addiicted to these things. I don't know if that will continue when the weather gets colder, but for now I am not happy if I don't have at least one of these a day. Sometimes on the weekend I do it more often. I was thinking about trying a cherry.chocolate combination sometime soon. I resorted back to my fav choc mint this AM.
I still have problems wanting to eat at night. I pace around the kitchen and open the refrigerator and the pantry doors a couple of times. Fortunately, I had made SF Jello and it was available to me when I needed it. It is the lowest calorie thing I can think of when I need something.
I was disappointed when the scale went up a little this AM. This could be because I did not work out last night or just one of those daily fluctuations that happen from time to time. I did not exercise because I have a kink or something in my leg and decided to try giving it a rest for a night to see of it feels better. It does seem to. So I will go to my 2 pool classes tonight and see how it goes. I can't tolerate having any physical limitations at this point. I feel like I am so close, yet so far from my initial (Dr. v's) goal for me. I sure would like to be there before my 1 year appointment in November. But I know that may be asking too much. I have 20 pounds to go to that point.
