THREE THINGS FOR THE WEEKEND
ok OK i KNOW ITS LATE BUT THE INTERNET HAS BEEN SO SLOW ALL WEEK
1. THAT WE AVOIDED IKE AND ALL HIS HAVOC
IT CAUSED US SOME DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS BUT ALL IS WELL
ON THE SEAS TONIGHT
2. THAT KATHY AND I GOT TOO PARASAIL YESTERDAY ; I CREATED A MONSTER
I THINK;
3. THAT MY DEAR FRIEND TIA CHECKED ON MOM ,DAD AND CUDDLES FOR ME
I SO MISS THEM AND CANNOT WAIT TO SEE MY FURBABY IN A LITTLE
LESS THEN 24 HOURS.
SO THATS MINE FOR TODAY
sO NEXT YEARS CRUISE TO LOSE IS NOVEMBER 1-7 SO IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED

Have missed you .. I am surprised at how much access you and Kathy actually did have to the internet while you were gone.
I just have one thing for the weekend. That the weather has been gorgeous (well hot and sticky but sunny). We had a fun day yesterday at the car/truck show and today I have to pack for the upcoming trip(s).

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

Where's next year's cruise leaving from, do ya know? I really want to take Mom & Dad on one, but I think they'd feel better leaving from Baltimore.
