Hi Tia,

Gotta get myself back on track yet again. I am stress eating big time.

B- 1/2 of croissant with ham & cheese 12 oz coffee, non dairy creamer and splenda

L- Chicken salad with 2 slices of whole wheat bread

D- Chicken salad with wheat thin crackers

S- a pack of swiss roll, 1 cup of pop corn

Not all my liquids and 1/2 of my vitamins I did not do so good yesterday.

LOVING the avatar of my beautiful girls!!!  I know things are tough right now, but they WILL get better.

In the meantime, sweetie, remember to take care of the caretaker!!  You'll be no good to anyone if you end up dehydrated and in the hospital.  But you can bet I WOULDN'T let them take you to Holy Cross!!!!  LOL!!

LOL Nope not Holy Cross!  But I will go to ths tiny rinky dink hospital here in the boonies!  Maybe they will connect my mouth to a cow's utters for hydration!  LOL

I don't count because I haven't had the surgery yet...but I wanted to chime in anyway.  I went to Giant today and bought some of that greek yogurt...blueberry...I'm gonna try it tomorrow....I'll let ya'll know if I like it or not!  Oh, but i did have all my vitamins today!!

You're here, so you DO count!!!  The fruit Greek yogurts have more sugars/carbs, so post-op, you'll want to steer away from them and get the plain and add Splenda and fresh fruit.
