THE FEED BAG
Today has been such a crappy day here at work, heck all week has been in the bucket, but I thought since no one had responded to you that I would. Didn't want you to think we all have a complex because we can't access your page on OH (LOL). So I hope I can remember yesterday.
B - 3 bites of a protein bar
L - 3/4 of a hamburger (went to lunch with a supplier)
D - 3 crackers, 1/4 cup of tuna 2 cracker bites
S - s/f fudgesicle
I'm officially down 75 lbs today and I've exercised every day (but Tuesday) since last Saturday. My goal was every day but my husband got in the way of that. Tonight I have support group meeting in Easton, so I brought my shorts and walking shoes with me to work today and I'm going to the local park for a walk before the meeting. I hope I don't sweat too much to offend anyone!!!

Yesterday we had gymnastics and Mom and Dad came down to watch so we went to By the Docks for lunch since Mom had a craving for a crabby cake!
B: small CB micro ravioli cup
L: shared cream of crab soup w/ Kylie (she ate most of it! lol) and had a side salad
S: 6 triscuits
D: piece of pizza meatloaf and scoop of mashed taters.
S: SF popsicle
