Appeal Letter Sent

Well sent my appeal letter off with about 5 lbs. of research papers on the VSG priority mail with confirmation so they have no reason to say they haven't recieved it. So with fingers crossed I now play the waiting game. Time to fight for what's right.

Yeah the appeal process sucks, but not only am I fighting for me I am in hopes that these damn insurance companies open their eyes and that in turn will open the door for everybody else to be approved. Even if I don't win maybe they will get tired of hearing people ***** and start approving it for that reason. Like I said before being part cherokee indian I was always told by my parents that they never give up without a good fight and then that part is the irish in me lol. If I have to I will lobby up on the hill for this surgery it is just ridiculous that it is not covered. Then again that what not kills me only makes me stronger. Yabba Dabba Doo. They ain't seen bad yet ......... but it's coming.
