B - Greek yogurt with berries (DON'T FORGET - TOMORROW IS THE LAST DAY OF THE SALE ON THIS STUFF AT GIANT - 10 FOR $10!!!)

L - Chicken salad with Triscuits

D - Italian chicken

All my fluids and then some and all my vits!!!

b - three strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal

l - some cottage cheese and a handful of peanuts

d - cottage cheese and triscuits

didn't make the mark on fluids but got all my vits in.

What is the veggie bacon like as opposed to turkey bacon and where do you get it? What are it's pros?

Hi Christy!

I'm sure Aaron won't mind me chiming in here as he can't always jump on. The bacon he's referring to is the Morningstar Farms brand. It's obvious difference is that it contains no meat, but tastes just like bacom. Not sure about the other nutritional info, but check their website. I've tried most of their products and LOVE everything I've tried. I swear, you cannot tell this stuff is veggie based!! My personal fave is the spicy black bean burger - once you're post-op, you need to be careful that nothing is too dry - so I add cheese, salsa and ff Greek yogurt as sour cream on the top! YUM!!!

Hi Lis!!!!!

OMG!!! I LOVE Egg Fo Yung!! Heather always get grossed out and says, "Ew!! Eggs and gravy!!" This from a woman who eats raw fish!!! But I look at the gravy as lube!!!!!

It'll get easier with time to get all your fluids in AND eat, too. I promise!!!

She owes me one too! But I will when I see her tomorrow night.

I love eggs and gravy!!! YUMMY! However I didn't poor the gravy over this time. Just dipped my fork in the gravy before the eggs.

Yeah, Tia already knew I'd say this............EWWW, Eggs and gravy!!!! No self loving Chinese person would EAT THIS! lol Yes, I know you aren't Chinese Lise! hahaha But like I have told Tia, I couldn't do the eggs in Egg Fu Yung right now anyway, so the gravy is nothing but "lube" as she puts it, and fat calories for me as a bandster. lol My mother LOVES it, but it just never LOOKED good to me. Yeah Tia, rub raw fish in my face now that I can't EAT it cuz I'm pregnant! I'm looking forward to some raw oysters as soon as Lacie exits my body!!!
