Good morning from Montego Bay!
Hi! OMG, we are having such a blast. I can actually say, I'm relaxing. We both left the casino last night, slightly ahead on slots, which is always a good thing. OK, I was more than slightly ahead, I actually doubled my money. I played with a whole $15.00, lol.
Today we will take a stroll around Montego Bay. We were originally scheduled for Ochos Rios, but because of one of the hurricanes, another ship had to adjust their itinerary and reroute to Ochos Rios, and there isn't room for us. So, we hit another beautiful city in Jamaica, darn, lol.
Darla has strict orders to keep me away from sugar alcohol today. That is the only negative, it is tearing me up. But, the sugar free deserts every night are so good!
We are thinking about all of you, and are on the lookout for good looking, single, over the age of 30 men, lol. We did find one COWBOY for Tia, but you'll have to wait till we get back to see his picture. I will tell you this, he will NOT break her heart.
Sincerely wish you were all here with us. But, you are in our hearts!

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
