stalled... now what???
If the pounds have been holding steady, wonderful things are most likely still happening. Especially if you have been exercising regularly, your body could be trading fat for muscle. Your body may be taking a breather to get used to the changes thus far.
Also, make sure you are getting in your daily protein, Vitamins, and fluids. If you are not getting enough, the body may hold onto pounds for protection. If possible, try to add a little variety into your exercise routine.
If you are doing all of these things, as hard as it is, be patient with yourself. It will start up again.

Hey sweety,
I remember when I was 3 1/2 months out and didn't know what to do or think when I was not losing... WELL sis, what you need to do is keep doing what your doing and don't worry about it... everybody goes through it... I am down 115 pounds and it has been 6 months and I am so HAPPY... Keep doing what your doing and you will be fine... Keep walking, and make sure you get that exercising in EVERYDAY...

I did the same thing. I called my NUT and made sure I was doing everything right. This is all normal to stall out for a bit BUT it will pick right back up. You are doing a wonderful job, just keep up the good work and it will pick back up. I think I stalled for 5 weeks when I was 5 1/2 months out and thought I would never loss another pound and I was dead worng. Stay positive!
