Just wanted to let everyone know that Heather's Dad passed away about 1:00 a.m this morning

He will be laid to rest on Wednesday morning with a service on Tuesday also. Please keep Heather and her family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers, it means alot to them and they have read them all.

Thanks, Kelly. When I spoke with her this a.m., she sounded sad, of course, and also relieved that her Dad's no longer in pain.

Mr. Jim-Don fought hard, and while I'm so, so sorry that he lost his fight, I know he was such an inspiration to Heather and her family.

May he rest in peace and continue to live in their hearts and memories.

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
