gosh kristen.. i'm starting to think our girls were separated at birth.. they even look a little a like!  how old is she?  did they mention whether they felt she had reflux?  do they have any plans to test for this??  my daughter's UTIs were always caused by ecoli.  i was shocked to learned that it's in most of our waste, even if not at toxic levels.  everytime she would get a UTI, we feared it would head up to her kidneys because of the reflux.  :-(  she eventually had a very non-invasive procedure where they used a tube with a little syringe on the end and injected a collagen-like substance around her the opening of the tubes heading from her bladder up to the kidneys.  she hasn't had a kidney infection ever since!!

our urologist is dr. david mcdermott and he's in annapolis.  i absolutely love this man.

It sure sounds like it!  Gabby is going back to Hopkins next week.  If I had known where the fevers were coming from I would have just taken her there.  WOW!  This really did suck!  It is 9:45pm and she has another fever but it is very low grade.  I do not see sleep in my future tonight.

Sorry I've been with my Mom (also in the hospital!) the last two days so I'm catching up with posts.  Sorry to hear Gabby's been ill, but she's lookin' good now!  We've been really lucky with Kylie's health so far.  Both of you rest up and hopefully you can enjoy a nice weekend, Hannah willing.  Take care!  Good to know Gabby's doing well!

Kristen:

So glad to read that you and Gabby have made it home.  I know that you are both tired but this weekend should give you time to rest.

I love the picture of Gabby and her thumb!  So sweet.

Take care and be safe during the storm.

Hugs,

Deb

{{{{Gabby}}}} I'm so relieved to hear things are getting better. Being home is usually a dose of really good medicine. Give your princess an extra hug from me, and make sure to take good care of yourself too mom. Prayers continue for quick healing.
Hugs!
