Gabriella is home.  We are both very tired.  We had a long night last night.  Her fever was back at 2am BUT we have 11 hours yesterday of very low to no fever.  So she had acute Pyelonephritis (kidneys) and ecoli.  So this has been the meanie and the cause of all the pain and fevers.  She is home now and we are both about to lay down.  I could use a good nap.  We are seeing peds again tomorrow morning and then she is at Hopkins next week.
Thank you for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers.  I am sorry if I was not able to get to every ones, emails, txt and pms but it really spoke volumes.  Gabriella thanks you all very much.
Much Love, Hugs Kristen

We thank you!

Awwwwwwwwwww LOOK AT HER SMILE! Bless her heart you would never know she was even sick. She is BEAUTIFUL! I hope she feels much better now. My Brookanna had that in June and I was drained. She went in and out of the hospital 3 times. I think she just wanted to keep getting the free Hannah Montana stickers and awards LOLOL But all joking aside pylenephritis and polynephritis are both very serious. I get one a month every monthand if you dont catch them early it can lead to sepsis. Its genetic and I was afraid my Brooky was going to get that gene but when I heard it was Ecoli I knew it was just her bad wiping skills. We have been on top of that.
I hope you both get some much needed rest sweetie. I will keep my fingers crossed that she stays well. GLAD YOUR BOTH HOME! ~Jilly~

She is resting now with her thumb and watching a movie.  I give it 10 minutes and she is down for the count.

Thank you Terri
You support really spoke volumes.  I think we are out of the woods.
Now if Hanna can stay away and he fevers, I told her we would go to North Beach or Chesapeake Beach on Sunday.  We will see.  She is happy to be home, she really is.
Hugs Kristen

Call me later tonight, I will be home until we have to go to peds tomorrow.

I am so glad you are both home. It is always amazing me to me how fast kids can bounce back from serious illnesses. After a good night rest, I am hoping Gabby will be proof of that.

Best Wishes!
