Okay, everyone, what are you eating?  Or, in Kim's case, buying???  LOL!!!  Sorry, sweetie, couldn't resist!!!! 

Yesterday:

All my fluids, all my vits.

B - Greek yogurt with strawberries

L - Grilled chicken strips, cukes, matoes & Wheat Thins

S - s/f rice pudding

D - Two soft tacos

hmmmmm.....yesterday I had

b - three strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
l - cottage cheese and some triscuits
s - some peanuts
d - two chicken tenders with pizza sauce and cheese

all my vits and liquids!

Looks good!!  See, you thought you'd NEVER get in all of your fluids!!!  It just takes time!!

yeah i don't drink a lot during the day except for a cup of coffee in the morning.  I do all my drinking when I get home.....I drink about a liter of peach papaya white tea a day.

L- Atkins protein shake

D- 4oz Salsa Chicken with asparagus & green beans

S- turkey pepporni/cheese cubes

and TONS of water
