Scales not moving again, but I'm trying to hang in there and not cheat or stress eat. Here's what I got for yesterday:
B - slice of turkey and a slice of cheese
L - 2 oz imitation crab and a fiber yogurt
D - Grilled Chicken Snack Wrap (McDonalds)
S - s/f fudgesicle
All my vits and some of my water.
