Holy Cow!

I just wanted to let you know I'm having surgery in less than 2 weeks!!! I can't believe it!

Also, I started school again yesterday and I'm up for a huge semester. Unfortunately I have a lab test two days after surgery and I have to be there because there are no makeups. I think I need prayers for a speedy recovery!

:)  Hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday weekend! Its good to be back in the swing of things.

i read that and immediately looked at your profile on the left to see what surgery you were having!  hahaha  i've heard nothing, but good experiences from those that i personally know that have gotten lap band.  i think you'll be okay and you sound like a go-getter.  one of my friends is an RN and pulled a 12-hour shift two days after her lap band!

That makes me feel better! If an RN can pull a 12 hour then I think I can do it!!!

Welcome home!  How was vacay?  Is Jason going with you that morning?  If you need help with anything just let me know.  As for the lab test you'll do fine, it's a LAB test!!!!  Easy peasy!  Be sure to get PLENTY of sleep because the anesthesia is going to drain you.  Call me when you get a break, maybe we can plan something before surgery.  I'm in PT tonight at 5:45 for about an hour.  TTYL!
