I have decided not to proceed with it....too much on my plate for that day, we have to take the girl kitty in "that" day to have blood work for her upcoming thyroid procedure....sorry all.

Why not just change to date to Sept 20th ?  There were a lot of folks interested, and with the later date, KathyT and Darla P will be home from their cruise to lose!   

Jenn:  Thanks for thinking of me.  Sept 20th is my nieces wedding --
September is a chock full month for me- all I can say is THANK GOD
FOR  WLS;  A year ago I would not have had the energy that I am going to
need these next couple of weeks.

I cann't wait to go on a cruise and not have to pick the lowest
energy wise shore excursions;  I used too  only do a shopping
bus trip ;  This year I am  parasailing and maybe even climbing the falls
in Jamaica.  
My only regret is that I cann't take all of you with me :  It would
be such a blast to have all my new friends along -  Maybe we
can plan a Maryland Board cruise in the next couple of years.
Especially since more cruise lines are sending cruises out of Baltimore:
that will mean no airfare and no flying for people who are afraid of flying.

 

Darla, I hear you...it is going to be so much more fun that it would have been obese.  You are going to have a ball!  OMG climbing the falls??  That sounds major.  Maybe next year I will be able too.  But first I have to strengthen my legs big time and drop the weight.

And you're going to knock their socks off at your cousin's wedding too! 
Yes, A criuse for all us MD folks next year would be a great time!

my roomie is getting operated on, on the 18th, and he will be laid up for close to 6 months, he is having high risk rotator cuff surgery at johns hopkins, high risk because he has been on prednisone for over 30 years due to a kidney disease he has had for a long time...and I do not have a car so....sorry....

Where are you located? If you aren't too far away, I would be willing to pick you up.
