1 Year Out Today!! - 105lbs -Hopefully Gone Forever

Today is my 1 year anniversary. I can not believe an entire year has passed. I have been very blessed and have not had any WLS issues. I now exercise..who would have thought. I feel so much better and would do it all again in a second. The surgery has given me the push I needed to make many changes in my life.

I hope to post some before and after pictures soon.

PS - Thanks alot to the great people in the Crofton Support Group. I have learned from all of you.

Yes indeed, Congratulaitons! And I agree with Terri. You need to remove the word "hopefully". It IS gone forever. You have done a terrific job and this is really it this time. I have confidence in YOU!

Great Job Melanie you are doing fantastic.

I too love the crofton support group, I find it so information and a great environment.
