Surgiversary Checkup
Hey everyone! Sorry it's been so long since I last posted. I have been extremely bust at work and school, and above all....having fun!! LOL. 
I saw Dr. Greene yesterday for my first year checkup. My date was 9/17/07 but they scheduled me yesterday due to no spots available. hehe oh well. He and the office staff was very impressed with my progress. He still thinks that I will bet below 160. No way in hell I want to get that low. I'm already skin and bones now, I don't look right. LOL. But my blood work shows that I am low on Vitamins A and D. He gave me a prescription for 50,000mg of Vitamin D for 8 weeks then redo my blood work. I also got my initial consultation photo. OMG you can really see what has happened to me. It was a shock. But I have lost 125 lbs in one year, 86% of my BMI. I HAVE hit a plateau, he wants me to exercise more to jump start my metabolism again. I wanna life weights to gain muscle. I look anorexic. LOL BTW, I have new photos in my profile so you all can see the new me. Thanks for listening and thanks for your support for the past year!! Also congratz to the new losers and future ones!!

My husband had surgery just last week on August 19th so it is an awesome feeling for him to be on the loser's bench with me.
