The feed bag
Having a busy day getting prepared for family visiting for the weekend and I am already cooking so I don't bogged down cooking while they are here.
So Yesterday I had....
B- 12 oz coffee, 1 whole wheat bread 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham
L- 2/3 home mage spaghetti with 2 oz ground beef in spaghetti sauce
S- 1 reeses peanut butter cup
D- same as lunch
S- 5 sociable crackers with 2 tablespoons of peppadew hummus
about 40 oz of water and all my vitamins. I have to do better with my water today.
