st agnes/sinai hospital question?

I was talking to someone that had the rny at sinai and she said that lifebridge has a program called jump start that you can join if your doctor gives you clearance for and that for like 90 dollars for 3 months, you can use the swimming pool, and exercise equipment there...does anyone know if st. agnes has anything like this?
