okay, okay, slap me now!

i have two fears.... going through all this and not ending up looking the way i had hoped... or worse.. gaining it back.  i think we all fear that.  i hope i will always remember that my diabetes is gone, as well as my apnea and other problems.  but we're human.  once we get past the health issues, we just all want  to get thin again.
