WEDNESDAY EXERCISE
OMG, my friggin' legs are like rubber this morning! If you read yesterday's post, you know I tried a new course I layed out - 7.5 miles. I've run as many as 12 miles before, so 7 1/2 shouldn't have been much of a problem. The thing is, when I was in my car mapping the course out, I didn't realize the hills were so drastic. I ran it in the early morning, before daylight even hit. I ran with a flashlight to avoid becoming road kill. Going up this one particular hill, because of it being so dark out, the incline seemed like it would NEVER end. I'm feeling the affects of that hill today.
But, that is no reason to take the day off. I'm not going to run today, but instead walk the normal 5 mile course that I was doing for a while. Better than nothing. I'll give the 7.5 mile course another go around tomorrow.
Today is humpday, if you're 2-for-2 this week, keep up the good work. If you've skipped the first two days this week, don't let today go by without some kind of exercise. If you do, it will be way too easy to blow off the next two days. Get off your butts, my friends, live a little today. What do you have in store?

I have been slacking a bit lately ; not because I wanted to but a medical problem prevented me fromm exercising: Yesterdan I thought enough is enough and forced myself to go to the gym .
Walked 2.5 miles on the treadmill did the weight circuit and was fortunate enough to
receive encouragement while I was pushing thru . Thanks to Deb, Toni, and my wonderful
Pilates trainer. I plan on going in again tonight after my bowling league meeting.
I was wiped out but it felt so long to be back at the gym again.

Oh my goodness Andy what an inspiration you are!!!
Today we went to MD to take my husband for his 1 week follow up visit with the surgeon. But this evening I am going to walk two miles. Not much but it is something.
