The feed bag - it's early Wednesday am!!

I know it's early in the am.  3:20 to be exact.  I so need to sleep especially since I have a class at noon tomorrow.

So here is my food intake.  All my liquids and vitamins.

B:  Greek yogurt with cherries, FF, FS latte

S:  Slice of cheese wrapped in turkey

L:  Turkey and cheese sandwich

S:  1/2 nectarine and 1 tblsp peanut butter

D:  Shrimp, and 1 bite of rice

S:  1 c watermelon

Total cals: 927, Total protein: 70.7

Yesterday:

B-12 oz coffee, Bowl of s/f oatmeal

L-1 chicken thigh in home made Chix soup

D- 1 cup of home made spaghetti with ground beef meat & spaghetti sauce

S- 1 cup of watermellon, 1 south beach 10 gram protein bar

When I come back from Gino's f/u appointment I will add on sparkpeople and total my calories and protein total.

A couple weeks back I attempted the infamous 5 Day Pouch Test.  It lasted all of 1 1/2 days.  I am now doing it again this week and so far, so great!!!  Today is soft food stage after two days of nothing but liquids.

B - Protein Shake

S - SF popcicle

L - scrambled eggs w/lf cheese and turkey bacon

S - SF chocolate popcicle

D - flounder

S - SF jello

It's amazing how, in just two days, you can have your pouch feel so much tighter.  I have a wedding to go to on Saturday and I have a feeling I may be taking my new suit back when I try it on Friday.  It was a little loose when I bought it and I can imagine how it will fit Friday.  Oh well, luckily they come already tailored and I can just exchange it.

Good morning Kim!

I ate breakfast this morning and I had slight stuckage......my bacon was sliced too thick and I overcooked it :( needless to say no oatmeal for me today

Yesterday I had

b - three strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
s - protein shake (still out of bars LOL)
l - greek yogurt with kashi
s - protein shake
d - ricotta, pizza sauce and shredded mozz
s - some soy crisps

all my vits and liquids!

S:  2 oz cheese

L:  Pizza Quiche (from Dan's cookbook)

S:  handfull of peanuts

D:  1/2 peanut butter & SF jelly on whole wheat

S:  1/4 cup watermelon

All vitamins, water & 2 protein bullets
