how long does it takes when you get approve with kaiser to have surgery--what are the next steps

I'm waiting to find that out myself!  I was turned down by Kaiser about a month or so ago, and am waiting to hear back from them.  They turned me down for 2 reasons and both of them were just mis-communications...they board met this past Wednesday and I'm waiting to hear from them.  Hopefully it'll be any day now!  I'm almost tempted to go ahead and make my first appointment with Dr. Lin so I'll be that much closer as soon as I get word from Kaiser!!  Is that bad??haha
