My daughter starts 1st grade today wooo hoooo back to my regular routine yay!  So I am up bright eye & bushy tail.  lol

Yesterday:

B- 12 oz coffe, non dairy creamer & splenda, bowl of s/f oatmeal

L- Homemade Chicken soup with a drumstick

S- 1 1/2 cup of watermelon

D-Same as lunch but with a thigh

Night time snack Omelet with green peppers onions, cheese & ham... Gotta have the extra calories for nursing.

B: 2 eggs

L: Tuna fish w/ low-fat mayo, 2 crackers

S: 1 oz cheese, a few peanuts

D: 1 eggplant rollatini

S: SF pudding

All water and vitamins, 2 protein bullets

good morning my lovely Cira :)

b - three strips of veggie bacon, oatmeal
s - protein shake
l - greek yogurt with kashi
s - protein shake
d - one of the recipes that Tia gave me......fat free ricotta cheese with some low carb pizza sauce on it with some melted shredded mozzarella on top...a little garlic salt and nuke it for a minute and a half.  YUMMO!!!!  and then a service of somewhat lower carb/hight protein white cheddar cheese thingies.

All of my liquids and all my vits.

Cira,

I understand the kids returning back to school.  The 2 younger boys went back yesterday.  The house was so quiet...

As for food.  All my fluids and vitamins.

B:  Gluten free toast with peanut butter

S:  1 cup watermelon

L:  1/2 turkey and cheese sandwich

S:  10 cashews

D:  Chicken soup (homemade with breast)

It is so quiet here today with just the two smallest I have accomplished a lot without any drama!  LOL  I love my girly girl but she is a drama Queen and requires major attention. lol

Thanks for the Brusters link I really appreciate it. 

Just curious about how many grams of protein did you get yesterday. I am low and my hair is falling a lot again.

Cira,

According to my fitday I had 76 gms of protein.  I forgot to include my milk in my feed bag.  As for my soup, I counted the amount of chicken I ate in my fitday.

Don't know if that helps.

My hair stopped falling out about 6 months ago.  I had a really bad time for a while.  MUCH better now.

Thanks! I get anywhere between 70 to 100 in any given day.  But I was thinking but maybe I need to up my protein more.  My hair had stopped falling too but for the past two months it has been something awful. I can see my hair thinning a lot in my hair line.

Glad your hair is better now.

okay so yesterday I did good but I had a small oops last night after working a 14 hr day I wanted something sweet.....

B-eggbeaters w/ cheese and turkey bacon

L-turkey w/ lett, tom, cheese wraps in low carb tortillas

D- A few meatballs

S- **this is where my oops came in** I had 4 chips deluxe choc chip cookies with coconut. Which allthough I am dissapointed in myself. I am glad I didnt eat half the bag like I normally would!
