The feed Bag
Good afternoon every one!
Yesterday:
B- 12 oz coffee, non dairy creamer & splenda 1 bowl of sugar free Apple & Cinnamon (great value brand) oatmeal cereal
L- 1 whole wheat slice with 2 slices of ham & 1 slice of american cheese
D- 2 home made small slices cheese , onion & green pepper pizza
S- Sugar free Klondike bar (It taste close enough to klondike Yummy) Made by Klondike
All my water about 100 oz and all my vitamins

S: a really good cup of coffee, splenda and creamer
L: Chicken from a sandwich (not the sandwich), couple of necatrine slices
S: Part of a Bruesters SF, FF caramel swirl cone
D: 4 bites of Kashi garlic chicken pizza, some wedges of grapefruit
S: about 10 almonds

l - cottage cheese with some crackers
s - protein shake
d - 1.5 baked chicken tenders on stop of a salad with some part skim mozzarella cheese on top and home made salad dressing (olive oil based)
