What the #!#!#!#

Sounds to me like you need a better health insurance plan. Unfortunately, yes, there are companies that charge a certain amount for a hospital stay as a co-pay. If I were you, I'd ask for a copy of my plan and look at it yourself. What do you have to lose? Just a thought. Good luck.

my former insurance, had a $250 co-pay for hospital stays. it was not per night.. it was per stay. i chose this coverage because we are rarely hospitalized in my family and it was a much cheaper PPO alternative at the time. most of my co-workers still hold this insurance. i changed only because aetna is considered much more wls-friendly. your insurance should have a website that lists your co-pays. you should be able to easily look this up without having to even call them.
i talked to stan he is our company insurance guy and he told me the girl is wrong i do have a300 co pay for each time im admitted only not per day that i dont mind so much and now i know it will be on the table when i go in for wls so im not so upset with that i must of gotten a new employee who didnt understand what the H she was talking about, i had aetna before and company changed on us because of referalls i dont need any to see specialist now thank all of you guys for your help and letting me go off on here lol
