Good morning everyone!!! 

I am really excited today because I have met my personal goal weight this morning.
I weigh 150 pounds yay!  

Yesterday I had:

B- 12 oz coffee,  Ham, Cheese, lettuce & tomatoe on whole wheat shandwich

L- 4 Mcdonald's chicken nuggets & a Medium Vanilla Iced coffee

D- baked barbecue chicken thigh with 3 oz of mashed potatoes

S- 1 cup of kettle corn

Wow! Congratulations Cira! That is fantastic. Sometimes, I can't ever imagine getting to that day. It must be such a fabulous feeling. You are my inspiration!

Thank you Debbie!!  It feels great to finally have reached it. Now I have to learn how to maintain it.  When I saw DVR the day of Gino's surgery he was really happy and told me not to forget about seeing him in October to refer me to see a plastic surgeon for the extra skin.  I am still nursing so that will probably happen sometime next year I am in no rush right now. 

It has been an amazing journey and I am so glad that 17 months later I have reached my goal.  A lot of people gave me the negative comments about how I through my chance out the window getting pregnant early and now I was going to gain and never lose.  I guess I proved them wrong! lol

Stay focus on your prize Debbie you will get there and it will be such a wonderful and humbling feeling.

B - 1 egg and a sausage patty
L - Grilled Chicken snack wrap
D - 1/2 of a hamburger steak and 2 tblsp mashed potatoes.

Got in my vitamins, but not my water.  Only had about 24 ozs.

Ok Just make sure to try for at least 40 oz today... I know it is very hard in the beginning especially if you are busy. But always walk with a water bottle and sip on it constantly.

Oh Cira!!! That's awesome!!!! I'm so happy for you honey!!!!!!!!! *HUGE BEAR HUGS* I can't wait to reach my goal but I tell ya, it's going to take mroe work than what I'm puttin into it right now!!!!

b - three strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
s - protein bar
l - greek yogurt and kashi
s - protein bar with some mixed salted nuts
d - vegan burger with a slice of cheese and ketchup and a handful of soy crisps
s - protein bar

all my vits and water (if you count the coffee I had, I had 84 ounces of liquids yesterday!!! WOOHOO!!!)
