3 Things for FRIDAY
1 - P-A-R-T-Y!!!!!!!!! i Am definitely looking forward to it!
2 - I will be seeing a friend / former co-worker on Sunday. I have not seen her in at least 3-4 years. She has been going through a lot, especially lately. I will be good to give her a hug and just spend time together.
3 - A side benefit from my Sunday get-together is that we are meeting in Lancaster (She lives North of there.). So I may be able to squeeze in a little outlet shopping!
4 - I have a hair appointment tomorrow and sorely need it.
Have a super Friday!

1) each day since Tuesday night has gotten easier. I am incredibly sad, but not teary any more. My first thought when my feet hit the floor is of Lefty and his usually morning greeting. I expect to be wound around my feet when I am sitting at the computer.
2) it is Friday and I am looking forward to the party tonight. Have my clothes all laid out so I can scoot home and change and get back out to meet Terri & Lisa at 5:30 for the drive to Westminster.
3) LIFE ! being able to do things and live my life to the fullest when 5 years ago I was withdrawing into a shell and not wanting to go or do anything.
Hugs, Mo
p.s. I have the camera ready to go for tonight too !!!!

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
yeah i am going tonight you guys. my hubby is just going to walk home from the train station. isn't that nice of him? i can't wait to meet more of you people. it will be great.

1. Getting ready to meet a whole bunch of new people, make new friends, and see Ted and his family again - it will be so exciting to have so many of us together! And Aaron - there will be no crying unless from extensive laughter!!!
2. For the weekend - I am taking my nephew and kids up to Allentown tomorrow and Sun for a picnic with an old family friend that I have stayed in touch with since my dad passed - it is so cool to maintain life long friendships!
3. For 2 healthy kids that are excited for school to start next week. I have done the pre-school dentist visits, orthodontic orientation for the 11 year old, shoe shopping, jeans shopping, supply shopping - even had the kids divy up the supplys and lable them...Back to school - new exciting stages of life!
and 4. For my new neighbor friend - he came into my life the same time Andy started posting exercise threads. And with his activity level, and the accountability on this board (even though I don't post much) I have been exercising more over the past 2 months, and more consistently than I have ever in my life. And aside from the exercise part, the neighbor guy is becoming WAY more than "neighbor guy". I am so happy to be able to say I am in the beginnings of a long term relationship. He is supportive and wonderful in countless ways.
