I just wanted to Say A BIG "THANK YOU" to Mo and Mr MO for the beautiful pictures from the gathering for Cira. I must admit that I hijacked one for my new avatar picture. This should make Tia happy as I was told that I needed to update my picture can't get any more up to date then last sunday. Hehehe

Sorry for the False Information. I can not get the new picture to appear. It is in the avatar box but for some reason it is not working and suggestions.

I can not get the new picture to show up. The picture I see is the one frome the picinc last year.

I have not checke dmy email I will do that.

Hit Ctrl F5 at the same time and it will clear the cache on your computer then you will see the pic.

Thanks I will let Gino know. He is now sleeping he woke up in some pain and I gave him the pain medicine.

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
