THURSDAY EXERCISE

Just two days left in the work week (okay, bad joke as I'm still collecting unemployment).  Anyway, do yourself a favor and give it your all for these two days.  Beautiful weather, a feel a fall in the air in the mornings and just a few weeks until the 5K.

For me, it's a 6 mile jog as well as starting to do work on my abs again since I've slacked in that department over the last month.  Maybe some crunches using my exercise ball.  Also, trying to get in some arm work so I'll give the old push ups a shot, since I still haven't joined a gym in Elkton yet.  Gotta make due with what I have to work with, ya know?

I also have to miss out on your birthday bash Aaron, as my girlfriend is a school teacher and will be at the school finalizing everything for the first day for kids next Monday.  She is just about done with decorating her room (she teaches 3rd grade), but Friday is the last day to make sure everything is a 100% ready.  I hope you have the birthday of your life and, at worst, I'll at least get to meet you at the 5K on October 5th.

Good morning Andy! I'm going to continue my pace right now because I think it's a pretty good one. I wanna get comfortable with it before I ramp it up. I'm still 355 pounds so I can't pu**** too far LOL

As for the party tomorrow, I totally understand Andy. It is a pretty long drive for you and you are very correct! we'll meet in october You'll be crossing that finish line when I'm just getting started LOL

I am not going out running or walking any trails today, but will be out and about.  Did the registering for my son for school, will be going out shopping for school supplies, cleaning house, doing laundry, things like that...  That will be my exercise for today.  At least I am up and moving today, its a start.

I will be going to the gym tonight for my fav 2 pool classes. So that is 2 hrs. in the pool. I wound up not going to the gym last night after all. I think all of the activity  and stress of late has taken a toll on me and I was physically drained by the end of the day yesterday. I left work around 6:30PM, ran some errands. By the time I did the things I had to get done last night, it was still 11PM by the time I went to sleep. I need a good long nap!

I'm at the gym where I plan to walk 3.3 miles on the treadmill. I'll be taking it kind of easy because my pre-workout snack ( aboiled egg and a couple of shrimp) isn't sitting too well with me.  Have a wonderful evening everyone.  Peace and Blessings, -Antoinette
