L - cup of Lima Bean soup
D - 1/2 cup of imitation crab/ 4 crackers/ 1pc cheese/ sf Fudgesicle
4th meal - 2 pcs of balogna / 1 pc cheese / a few almonds / sf fudgesicle / and about a dozen barbeque fritos
Can you say stress eating? OMG, I'm such a pig, but here it is. No holding back now. Yesterday is done and today is ahead of me!!! I'm so glad I didn't bring any food with me to work today. It would all be gone by now!

B- Ham & cheese with lettuce & tomatoe sandwich on whole wheat bread. 12 oz coffee
L- Ham & cheese lettuce & tomatoe on whole wheat bread a 16 oz coffee
D- 4 Tysons chicken nuggets 1/4 of shells (creamy garlic Lipton)
S- 3/4 cup of kettle corn
All my water & vitamins
