I love this post- it so very real!!

That my blood pressure problem wasn't very bad today at all, I only had to take one pill this morning to elevate it instead of the usual 3! So I hope and pray the mysterious problem is on it's way to resolving itself.

This may not seem like a smile moment to some but trust me it is!!
