B - 1/2 SF peanut butter & SF jelly on Weigh****chers whole wheat

S - SF pudding

L - 1/2 South Beach pizza

D - Tuna w/low fat mayo and sugarfree relish, and 1/4 cup green beans

All my vitamins and water and my protein bullet

Yesterday was bad for me I think.....I ate a lot in my mind

b - three strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
s - protein bar
l - cottage cheese with some whole grain wheatables
s - protein bar and a handful of peanuts
d - veggie burger with a slice of fat free processed cheese product and a few crackers
s - protein bar

all my vits and liquids

Thanks Sandi! With all that eating, I get the feeling that I'm grazing and I don't really wanna do that at all.

I feel like that too sometimes, especially as I get farther along since my pouch doesn't have that super tight post-op feeling.

Lisa you did great.  Mac & cheese is my favorite...unfortunately I still have trouble with any kinds of pasta.

I don't want to disgust anyone but my eating patterns are very different than what Ihave seen posted.  Firstly, I can rarely recall all I have eaten in a day by the end of the day---but i will give today's feed a try.  i don't count calories or measure food.  Stop eating when I feel full usually. 

I graze -  surgeon said OK as long as weight gain not an issue.  So I will just post in chrono order- no specific meal category

One cheddar bagel from Safeway (I am hooked)- they are huge and cheesy!
One mug of coffee with half and half and splenda
10 medium sized hard pretzels (not the big ones but Snyders old fashioned). 
2 mugs of hot tea with splenda throght day at work
2 hot hogs with one half roll total
2 ounces of cheddar chz cubes
20 green seedless grapes
25 cheese curls
Medium iced coffee house coffee  with half and half and splenda
4 ounce chopped sirloin patty with beef gravy and onions (leftovers)
2 steak fries
one half a large blueberry puffin muffin from the local coffee shop...muffin wrapped in puff pastry...not very sweet tasting and doesn't make me dump.

I had some other fluids like water and my multi vitamin and B12 sublingual.  I just remembered I have not taken my afternoon calcium citrate dose yet. ...

I can't do more than 10 grams of regular sugar or any sugar alcohols  without getting very gassy and dumping.  I can't do dairy either - other than cheese and half and half.  i don't do low fat anything regularly as usually more sugar carbs.

This list is completely factual---no exaggerations...and it seems a bit lighter of a list than some other days.  As you can imagine i still have significant malabsorption issues plus IBS-D but that is getting better if I stay strict with sugar and dairy limits.
