Well ; Lets see what we all can come up with today

1.  That my toe IS NOT broken:  just a bit sprained.

2.  That I get to spend time with friends Friday night and finally get to meet Aaron

3.  I know you are all sick of this one but VACAY is 18 days away !  The only sad part
it that I wish everone of you was going along.  Kathy and I ere talking and we are gonna
post a daily blog while we are gone.

So what going on in your world today?

1.) Today is going to be a good day, cause I am going to let it be a good day.

2.) My little girl is just the apple of my eye, and that big kiss from her this morning just warmed my heart.

3.) Physical Therapy again today, Lord help me to be strong and keep me from doing something stupid, like trying to go to the gym.  All in all this is starting to make progress.

That is great news, that your tow is not broken.  Those sprains can still kick our butts.  I have 3 sprains and this is not much fun.  ICE ICE ICE ICE is my best friend!

Greetings All,

My week is quite busy, so I will not be able to chat much this week. PLease know that I am still checking on you all as much as I can. So, you remain in my thoughts.

Today:

1 - Getting back to Pilates Reformer class - For various different reasons, I have not been able to take this class for several weeks. Class resumed last night. It is a wonderful blend of low impact, challenging activities that always works up a sweat and makes me feel like I am accomplishing something good as I feel my muscles stretch.Ahhhhhh!
P.S. Darla - Stacia wondered where you were. I told her about your toe. She said you can still work on the reformer without stressing your toe. Please check with her. It would be great if you could have this option to continue to get some exercise in while your toe recovers.

2 - Being busy - Even though work stresses me out when it is as busy as it is right now, the silver lining is that the days fly by.

3 - My Friends and Family - Who continue to reinforce all that is good about my journey and instill confidence even when I am not feeling down on myself. I don't know what I would do without them and you.

Thanks Deb:  I called yesterday afternoon and left Staia a voicemail that I would not be in lastnight:  After I left the er I went home and spent the night putting ice on and off the toe
every 20 minutes-  I figured I could still do the reformer:  actually I think the only thing
I need to take a couple days break on is the treadmill :  I will be at class tonight.

Good morning Darla!!!! I'm so glad you don't have a broken toe but a sprain most often feels worse than a break!

1. three more days until the party!! I'm so wound up right now I can just spit! I can't wait to see everyone!!!!

2. I realized that 7 more pounds and I'll lose 100 pounds since coming home from surgery on May 10th!

3. Just thankful to be alive

1. One week from today and I'll be on the losers bench!

2.  The cardioligist that I saw today for my clearance is awesome!  I really liked her and she is very pro WLS.  She said she recommends it to quite a few of her patients and was very happy that I am having it done. And although there may be some follow up things after surgery, there shouldn't be anything that will hold it up.  I do have to go get an echocardiogram done this afternoon though because of something showing up on the EKG today.

3.  That I didn't panic too much driving over the bridge and back today to Kent Island.  I hate hate hate that bridge and my stomach is usually in knots when I have to drive over it.

My three...

1) That my vacation is OVER ! It was hellish, but now I am HOME !

2) That my children are soooo excited about school starting next week, makes me remember the butterflys I used to get when thinking about a new teacher or seeing friends I missed all summer.

3) Did I mention that my vacation is OVER ! Twice as thankful for that one...

Baby, that was yesterday...
