Coming Home Clothes
Thank you all so much for the responses and PMs. Looks like I will go buy something bigger for the car ride home. DHs sweats aren't that big on me (unfortunately). I won't forget the pillow, thankfully I don't live too far from hospital and its mostly highway, although Im sure that we will hit every bump. Thats my luck. Thanks again. C!

C - I sent you a PM earlier in the week. I suspect that we may live close by each other. I still have a lot of clothes in various sizes. If you would prefer not to spend money buying loose clothes that you will most likely grow out of very quickly, please send me a PM. I am getting ready to give a lot of this stuff away. But I will waiti if you think there might be something you can use.

Don' laugh - I wore 2 hospital gowns home! One frontwards and one backwards (making sure to cover my a**). I was so bloated, I could have gladly walked out naked (what a visual!). Could not face putting on real clothes.
This probably won't work for you, so just make sure everything is loose and stretchy. Good luck on your upcoming surgery.

OH and another thing! I don't know about everyone else but when I was in the hospital, I wore their slippers they issued (the ones with the tread on the bottom so you don't fall). As soon as you can get up, take those darn things off and wear your own slippers. Their slippers take all the moisture right out of your feet. Mine actually cracked open. Also they are not very comfortable with the tread when you have to walk. I found that I could walk so much better with my socks and sneakers on by the time I left there. We did have to stop and get foot lotion on the way home so I could take care of the big crack in my foot.
