The Feed Bag
Yesterday was odd. Saturday I had IHOP. The omelete was delish and settled fine in my pouch. My lower belly however, did not like it very much and the bathroom and I became good friends for about 18 hours. TMI I know. I have found that breakfast eateries and I do not get along very well.
That being said, I was taking it easy.

Yesterday was not so good for me
B: 1 scrambled egg w/ 2 slices bacon
S: handful of peanuts and a few small cubes of cheese
L: 1/4 South Beach frozen Pizza, 1/4 c green beans
S: Protein drink
D: 1/4 c cashew chicken, 1/4 c green beans
All vitamins and water, and had a 42g protein bullet spread over several hours

There are days that I feel like that too. But you really didn't eat a whole lot. When you feel hungry up ypur protein intake to help you feel satisfied.
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
