OMG the same thing happened to me once while I was at work, I would be fine one minute then would get all sweaty/shaky and then boom...FAT GIRL GOING DOWN!!!!...lol, but seriously for me it turned out to be severe dehydration.  Always call your WLS office with this kind of thing.  There is usually a nurse or someone who can at least tell you if you should come in.  My MD also told me there is a kind of low blood pressure/cardiac thing that can happen to people when they lose a lot of weight quickly (cardio-something syncope I think?), might be worth looking into.  Anyway that's my two cents for all it's worth (2 cents), hope you feel better!

funny that you mention that. I used to have syncope all the time when I was big. It's as if the room twists and you just sink to the floor like you're falling into a hole. Wierd stuff. It always took me a while to get over it. I don't think I've had any episodes of it since WLS though.

wish i had seen this sooner... i'm with VEG.  this happened to me and it was DEHYDRATION.  i kept dehydrating when i was pregnant with my youngest.  i would get bouts of dizziness, sometimes with shakiness.  three times i fainted.  of course, you should do everything your doctor tells you to do, but consider your liquid intake as well.  it's it's dyhydration, it's easier to fix than the serious things are.
