Kimmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!  I'm so glad that you home and posting so soon!!!  I hope you feeling good and like everybody else said, don't worry about the protein, but its so important to get your water in so you can keep yourself hydrated.  If you need anything, just call me!

I'm so glad you are doing ok! Just like the other ladies said here. concentrate on your liquids. The way I did it was mix protein powder in water (not milk) and that worked out pretty well so I could kill two birds with one stone. When you feel tight, stop and wait about 15 minutes then give it another go. Usually with liquids they'll run through and won't stay in for very long. The more protein and liquids you can get in, the quicker you will heal. I was able to easily get in about 60+ grams of protein a day when I came home from the hospital by getting unflavored protein powder and mixing it in foods and stuff. Yeah it tastes kinda proteiny but it's only temporary
